Blentech VTI 1000 cooling tumbler, has been cooling cooked rice for ready meals factory. By using vacuum CO2 this can accelerate the cooling of thick and thin particulate slurries by reducing the boiling point and through evaporation. The Blentech Vacuum tumbler can vacuum cool to 40 degrees F (5 degrees C) in less than 45 minutes with products such as meat slurries, sauces, soups and rice. The Blentech mixing “Wave Vane” system incorporated into the tumbler ensures gentle massaging and improved end to end mixing. All three vanes continue to the discharge door opening discharging the finished product very efficiently. All stainless steel construction with heavy duty vacuum pump and PLC recipe control. with variable speed drive, and CO2 vacuum cooling.”
