DC Norris 750 litre jacketed cooking vessel. As brand new condition, bought new in November 2008, the company closed in February 2009. This is a 2008 machine which has Steam injection, and was used for cooking chick peas. It has bottom discharge but no scrape surface or homogeniser. Comes with tote bin loader and set up on full gantry. Can be used for heating up dairy based products and or stocks
